La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

Interested In Breastfeeding? La Leche League offers positive mother-to-mother breastfeeding support and information through 24-hour telephone help from experienced leaders, monthly meetings, a lending library, and books for sale. We have more than 40 years experience helping mothers breastfeed!

We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 10 am at Messiah Lutheran Church, 7740 Hwy 72 West in Madison.

Leaders are experienced breastfeeding mothers who have completed an accreditation program and are familiar with breastfeeding management techniques as well as current research. If you need information before the next scheduled meeting, feel free to call one of our Leaders:
